Lumière Skin Studio provides luxury facial and skincare services, including but not limited to personalized facial treatments, skin consultations, cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, calming treatments, LED or red light therapy, finishing skincare, general aftercare guidance, and non medical skincare recommendations.
All services are cosmetic, aesthetic, and non medical in nature. Services are provided by a licensed cosmetologist or qualified skincare professional within the scope of applicable licensing rules and professional standards.
Our services are designed to support the appearance and feel of the skin. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any disease, medical condition, dermatological disorder, infection, injury, allergy, or health concern.
4. No Medical Advice
Lumière Skin Studio is not a medical clinic, dermatology office, healthcare provider, hospital, medical spa, or emergency care provider.
Nothing on this website, in our consultations, in our communications, in our aftercare guidance, or during any service should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or substitute for care from a licensed physician, dermatologist, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or other qualified healthcare provider.
You are solely responsible for consulting a qualified medical professional before receiving any skincare service if you have any medical condition, skin disorder, allergy, sensitivity, pregnancy related concern, recent procedure, medication use, or any uncertainty about whether a facial treatment is appropriate for you.
If you experience a medical emergency, severe allergic reaction, infection, difficulty breathing, severe swelling, persistent pain, or any urgent health concern, you must seek immediate medical attention and contact emergency services where appropriate.
5. Client Responsibility to Disclose Information
Before receiving any service, you are required to fully and honestly disclose all information that may affect your treatment, skin response, safety, or eligibility for services.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Allergies
- Skin sensitivities
- Medical conditions
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Use of Accutane, isotretinoin, tretinoin, retinoids, acids, exfoliants, prescription creams, acne medications, or photosensitizing medications
- Recent injections, fillers, Botox, laser treatments, waxing, threading, microneedling, chemical peels, cosmetic procedures, surgery, or dermatology treatments
- Sunburn, open wounds, cuts, abrasions, rashes, cold sores, infections, active acne flare ups, inflammation, or unusual skin reactions
- History of keloids, scarring, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, herpes simplex, autoimmune disorders, or other relevant skin or health conditions
- Any product, ingredient, fragrance, latex, metal, adhesive, or topical sensitivity
You understand and agree that failure to disclose relevant information may increase the risk of irritation, allergic reaction, injury, sensitivity, poor outcome, or other adverse response.
Lumière Skin Studio is not responsible for any reaction, complication, injury, dissatisfaction, or undesired result caused by incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, withheld, or outdated information provided by you.
6. Right to Refuse or Modify Service
We reserve the right to refuse, pause, modify, reschedule, or discontinue any service at any time if we believe, in our sole discretion, that the service may be unsafe, inappropriate, unsuitable, or outside the proper scope of our services.
We may refuse or discontinue service for reasons including but not limited to:
- Visible skin irritation, infection, open wounds, active lesions, or contraindications
- Failure to disclose relevant medical, skincare, or medication history
- Unsafe behavior
- Harassment, disrespect, threatening conduct, or inappropriate behavior
- Late arrival
- Non payment
- Violation of these Terms
- Any condition that may make treatment unsuitable
Our decision to refuse, modify, or discontinue a service does not create any liability or obligation to provide compensation, refund, credit, or alternative service, except where required by applicable law.
7. Booking Requests
Appointments may be requested through the booking form available on our website.
Submitting a form does not guarantee an appointment, service, price, availability, or confirmation. Your appointment is not confirmed until Lumière Skin Studio contacts you and confirms the appointment directly.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting any form. You are responsible for ensuring that your name, phone number, email address, and any other information are correct.
We are not responsible for missed appointments, failed communications, delayed confirmations, or booking issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information submitted by you.
8. Communications Consent
By submitting a form, requesting an appointment, contacting Lumière Skin Studio, or providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us by email, phone call, text message, SMS, or other reasonable communication methods.

Any listed price is not a guarantee unless expressly confirmed by Lumière Skin Studio in writing for a specific appointment.
Payment policies may include payment at the time of service, advance payment, deposits, booking fees, cancellation fees, no show fees, package payments, or other payment requirements. Lumière Skin Studio reserves the right to implement, modify, or discontinue any payment policy at any time.
If payment is required before, during, or after a service, you agree to pay all amounts due in full. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your appointment, refusal of future services, collection efforts, or other remedies available under applicable law.
You are responsible for any taxes, processing fees, service fees, payment platform fees, chargeback fees, collection costs, or other amounts associated with your purchase or appointment where permitted by law.
10. Deposits and Booking Fees
Lumière Skin Studio may require a deposit, booking fee, consultation fee, or advance payment to secure an appointment.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits and booking fees are non refundable and may be applied toward the scheduled service at our discretion.
If you cancel late, fail to appear, arrive too late to receive the service, provide inaccurate booking information, or violate these Terms, any deposit, booking fee, or advance payment may be forfeited.
Lumière Skin Studio reserves the right to require full advance payment for certain services, clients, promotions, appointments, or booking situations.
11. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must contact us as soon as possible using the communication method provided by Lumière Skin Studio.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, repeated rescheduling, or failure to provide proper notice may result in refusal of future bookings, required deposits, required prepayment, cancellation fees, loss of deposit, or other booking restrictions.
Lumière Skin Studio reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a cancellation or rescheduling request qualifies as timely, late, excused, or subject to restrictions.
12. Late Arrival Policy
You are responsible for arriving on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, your service may be shortened, modified, rescheduled, or cancelled. The full service price may still apply even if the appointment is shortened or cannot be completed due to late arrival.
Late arrival may affect treatment quality, available time, and final results. Lumière Skin Studio is not responsible for reduced service time, limited treatment options, or dissatisfaction caused by late arrival.
13. No Show Policy
A no show occurs when a client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment without proper notice.
No shows may result in forfeiture of any deposit or booking fee, requirement of future prepayment, refusal of future appointments, cancellation of future bookings, or other restrictions.
Lumière Skin Studio reserves the right to determine whether a missed appointment is considered a no show.
14. Refund Policy
All completed services are final and non refundable.
Because skincare and facial services involve time, professional labor, product use, appointment reservation, and individualized treatment, no refunds will be issued for completed services, partially completed services, dissatisfaction with subjective results, personal preference, change of mind, delayed skin response, temporary irritation, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Results are not guaranteed. You agree that payment is for the professional service provided, not for a guaranteed result.
If you have a concern about your service, you must contact Lumière Skin Studio within 24 hours after your appointment. We may, in our sole discretion, review the concern and determine whether any follow up guidance, adjustment, credit, or courtesy solution is appropriate.
Any courtesy solution offered by Lumière Skin Studio does not create an obligation, admission of fault, waiver of these Terms, or right to future compensation.
15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By booking or receiving services, you agree to contact Lumière Skin Studio directly to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, bank reversal, or claim through a payment processor.
Improper, false, abusive, or bad faith chargebacks may result in cancellation of future appointments, refusal of future services, collection efforts, recovery of fees, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
You agree that these Terms, appointment records, communication records, intake forms, service notes, cancellation records, payment records, and website disclosures may be used as evidence in response to any chargeback, dispute, or legal claim.
16. Results Disclaimer
Skincare results vary from person to person.
Results may depend on skin type, skin condition, age, lifestyle, hormones, medications, allergies, product use, sun exposure, hydration, diet, stress, sleep, consistency, aftercare, prior treatments, and other individual factors.
Lumière Skin Studio does not guarantee any specific result, timeline, skin improvement, glow, texture change, acne improvement, hydration level, brightness, sensitivity reduction, or long term outcome.
Any description of possible benefits, including clearer looking skin, refreshed skin, hydrated skin, calmer skin, smoother texture, healthier appearance, or visible glow, is general information only and does not guarantee that you will experience the same outcome.
You understand and accept that temporary redness, sensitivity, dryness, tingling, breakouts, purging, irritation, swelling, peeling, or other skin responses may occur after facial treatments or product use.
17. Before and After Photos, Website Images, and Visual Content
Images, photographs, graphics, videos, before and after style visuals, skincare visuals, studio visuals, treatment visuals, and other media displayed on the website or in promotional materials may be illustrative, staged, edited, licensed, stock based, artificial intelligence generated, or otherwise not representative of actual clients or guaranteed results.
Website images are provided for branding, educational, aesthetic, and illustrative purposes only.
No image, testimonial, visual, before and after style content, or promotional material should be interpreted as a promise, guarantee, medical claim, or representation that you will achieve the same or similar result.
If Lumière Skin Studio ever uses real client photos, such use will require appropriate consent where required by law and studio policy.

You are responsible for following all aftercare instructions carefully.
Failure to follow aftercare guidance may increase the risk of irritation, sensitivity, breakouts, sun damage, dryness, redness, poor results, or other undesirable outcomes.
Aftercare guidance may include avoiding sun exposure, heat, exfoliation, retinoids, acids, waxing, heavy makeup, aggressive products, picking, scratching, swimming, saunas, intense workouts, or other activities for a recommended period after treatment.
Lumière Skin Studio is not responsible for adverse outcomes caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.
21. Contraindications
Certain conditions may make facial services unsuitable or require postponement, modification, or refusal of service.
Contraindications may include but are not limited to active infection, open wounds, sunburn, active cold sores, severe inflammation, recent cosmetic procedures, recent injections, recent laser treatments, recent chemical peels, use of certain medications, severe acne flare ups, allergic reaction, unknown rash, uncontrolled skin condition, or any condition that may increase treatment risk.
Lumière Skin Studio reserves the right to determine whether a contraindication exists and whether a service should be provided, modified, delayed, or refused.
You understand that withholding information about contraindications may result in increased risk and releases Lumière Skin Studio from responsibility for resulting complications to the fullest extent permitted by law.
22. Gift Cards, Packages, Promotions, and Special Offers
Lumière Skin Studio may choose to offer gift cards, packages, memberships, prepaid services, discounts, first time offers, seasonal promotions, or special pricing in the future.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing, promotional offers have no cash value, may not be combined with other offers, may not be transferred, may not be redeemed for cash, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Gift cards, packages, memberships, or prepaid services may be subject to separate terms, expiration rules, redemption limits, cancellation rules, transfer restrictions, and refund restrictions.
